"I had been experiencing a sore jaw and morning headaches for about two weeks and mentioned it during my cleaning with Tina. She explained that I was clenching/grinding in my sleep and laid out the options of the occlusal device and the NTI device. "I was a new patient earlier this summer with an appointment for a fitting for custom bleach trays. I got in at my appointment time (strange for many doctor's offices) which I was obviously very pleased about. I needed to come back in about a week to pick up my trays. I informed the staff I would be out of town so they scheduled my appointment around my vacation. Upon my return, I walked into the office and the front office person not only remembered my name but where I went on my vacation!! Same for my hygienist.
